Sylvie Ann and Ethlyn Corgi search for the biggest pumpkin amongst the corn.

As she rounds the corn shocks she spies the most impressive pumpkin! Sylvie says to Ethlyn, "This is the biggest pumpkin but I don't think I can carry it." Sylvie thinks perhaps she should ask Shepard or Seth for help to carry the prize pumpkin down from the cornfield or perhaps she could roll it down like Tasha Tudor's Sylvie Ann did...

Sylvie shows Ethlyn Corgi, Tasha Tudor's book Pumpkin Moonshine. She tells Ethlyn how in Tasha's book, Sylvie Ann went out to the cornfield to find the largest, best pumpkin. In Pumpkin Moonshine, Sylvie succeeds in getting her pumpkin out of the cornfield but the pumpkin has multiple mishaps as it rolls uncontrollably down the hill. Tasha's real niece, Sylvie Ann, was the model for the Sylvie Ann in the book. Pumpkin Moonshine was Tasha Tudor's first published book, published in 1938. 2008 marks the 70th anniversary of Tasha Tudor's Pumpkin Moonshine. Amelia and her family join the Johnsons in celebration of their friend Tasha's first published book!
