Our Christmas Tree
Clove Orange

'Tis now the season when we make apple, orange, lemon, and lime pomanders. After the cloves have been put in all round the fruit it is rolled in an orris root and cinnamon mixture. Pomanders have long been a tradition at our house at Christmastide.

The cobblestone smokehouse is a unique feature at Corgyncombe Cottage. Sarah and Tasha Corgi out for a winters walk.

Waffles

Waffles and homemade maple syrup make a superb Christmas breakfast.

Thumb cookies filled with raspberry jam make a delicious Christmas treat! The receipt is from The Tasha Tudor Cookbook.

Diane uses some of her own handspun linen thread to string the popcorn & cranberries.

The pincushion is handwoven and filled with straw.
