Last year this nest was used first by a robin and then a swallow built it up a little higher and raised a little family. This year the swallows built the nest up even higher and raised several birdies. In the photograph above it appears are twittering birdies with their singing group leader (that reminds us of a bat) instructing them on how to tweet. In Tasha Tudor's 1 is One for the number 3 there are three little swallows in a nest that makes us think of this trio. Not long after the photograph above was taken, the three little birdies were flying in the sky just like the next illustration in Tasha's 1 is One.

A robin's egg found by Eliakim May Corgi whilst surveying the acreage at Corgyncombe Cottage and Corg'ery.

Emily Jane Jones Shepard Corgi found this nest under the apple tree. The nest looks lovely sitting amongst the clover. The interior is lined with black, red, and white Corgi hair. Diane dust mops Corgyncombe Cottage multiple times a day and shakes the hair and fluff off outside.

The remarkable phenomenon of twins born a little over a year apart: Eliakim and his year older sister Emily. They are sometimes mistaken for one another. One morning Emily got Eliakim's food because they look so much alike. Eliakim eventually got his breakfast.

The mouse with the long tail reminds us of Mrs. Tittlemouse and the many other mice drawn by Beatrix Potter and in addition to the mice drawn by Tasha Tudor.

The newest addition to Emily & Ethlyn's Potions & Perfumery sitting in its food dish is proudly displayed amongst the treasures in The Corgyncombe Hall of Oddities, Curiosities, and Treasures.
