Co., NY. Shubael married 30 Mar 1797 Mehitable Hale.
Shubael Reed was
the son of Shubael Reed and Hannah (---) Reed. Shubael Reed's
(whose stone is above) wife Mehitable (Hale) Reed was sister to
my 5th great grandfather James Hale. Mehitable and James were
children of John Hale and Mehitable (Knowlton) Hale. John Hale
was 2nd cousin to the great American patriot Nathan Hale.
