ALL PHASES OF PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT
Including but not limited to: preparing your property for sale or
rent-groundskeeping-cleanouts-meetings with contractors-reviewing job
descriptions, etc.
Crossett Real Estate Services is now offering several special services.
#1 Clean-out and
clean up interior-exterior residental properties: service will include
but not be limited to: disposal of contents/debris and leave in a
“broom clean” condition.
#2 Installation of smoke alarms/light bulbs, change locks, repair broken windows-doors, steps, etc.
#3 Lawncare: including but not limited to mowing, raking. Making sure utilities are either on or off.
#4 Meeting with Licensed Contractors to assure
work is completed: provide estimates including but not limited to job
descriptions.
Fees would be determined on work
load-description, for each individual property and need: fees would be
disclosed prior to inception of any assignment.
