Registration Information for 2003

MITEY-MITE	7-8-9 years old	45-85 lbs
JR. PEE WEE	8-9-10 years old	55-95 lbs
(Older lighter)	11 years old	55-75 lbs
JR. MIDGET	10-11-12 years old	80-125 lbs
(Older lighter)	13 years old	80-105 lbs

Registration for all 4 cheerleading squads will take place at the same time.

** ATTENTION PARENTS **

**Remember to bring a copy of your child's birth certificate for proof of age to be kept on file (birthdays must be met by August 1st). We also need a recent photo, a signed doctor's note, and a copy of their final report card for the Tri-Valley League book. ALL ITEMS MUST BE IN BY AUGUST 18th or your child will not be allowed to play/cheer at the first game. 

We must submit out team numbers to the Tri-Valley League by May 18th so please use the sign up dates. If you are unable to make the registration dates please contact the following people with your intentions: Mark Sokolowski, President at 735-4784 or Bill Shaw, Vice-President at 865-8874.

Registration Fee: $50.00 - Payment in full is expected at time of registration.

**BRING PROOF OF AGE, A COPY OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE MUST BE ON FILE!!**

Two mandatory fund raisers this year are a candy sale and the Daily Lotto raffle tickets. At the time of registration you need to decide if you wish to sell candy or do the buy out. If you choose to sell, a $40.00 fee will be collected at the time of registration, if you choose to buy out, a $20.00 fee will be collected.
