Cross-Rip CottageWelcome to Cross-Rip Cottage web site. We invite you, our visitors, to step in and have a look around. Cross-Rip Cottage is a year round cottage rental with central air-conditioning and heating, fun for the whole family. The cottage comfortably sleeps 16 and includes all the amenities. Cross-Rip is fully furnished, and ready for a vacation of fun. All you need to bring is food, sheets, towels, and friends. Rentals are available by the weekend, week and/or season. Located in a beautiful remote area of the Adirondacks yet easily accessible (just north of Utica, NY) from anywhere in New York State. Cross-Rip is just close enough for easy accessibility but remote enough to be truly Adirondack. This waterfront cottage provides a private sandy beach, swimming in a cool, clear mountain lake and very few boats frequent this end of the lake. What a great way to spend the afternoon, sitting on the deck overlooking the lake.

Mahanna, Bill, the proprietor of Cross-Rip Cottage will be your host and confidant through out your vacationing experience. Bill has a degree in Pharmacy from Albany College of Pharmacy and Molly Ann Mahanna (the proprietor of Sugarbush Bed & Breakfast) can assist you in your day to day needs and/or coordinate that day long excursion. Molly has a degree in People/Children Management from LTE, the school of Long Time Experience. And they both say that the most satisfying part of their work is providing a home away from home and helping people have fun.
